MarketMend ("the app") is a read-only auditing and monitoring tool for Shopify Markets. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data we access

With your permission, the app reads the following from your Shopify store via the Admin API, on a read-only basis: products, collections, pages, translations and locales, markets, catalogs, price lists, and publication status. We use these solely to generate the audit and monitoring results shown to you.

We do not access customer personal data or payment data. The app does not request those scopes.

Data we store

We store your Shopify session/access token and your subscription status so the app can function and bill correctly. For continuous monitoring, we may store audit results to detect changes over time. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall the app, associated data is deleted. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We apply reasonable measures to protect it.
